***The Process Specialist position acts as a primary support for the Director of Internal Controls.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review weekly cash transactions at all Boutique stores to ensure compliance for IRS cash reporting obligations. Work with Boutique Managers to guarantee each transaction is accurately assigned to a client.
• Update current policies to guarantee compliance with IRS Form 8300 guidelines and Company reporting requirements.
• Work with the Accounts Payable Department to update new supplier required documentation into one packet to guarantee accurate due diligence process.
• Reconcile Boutique stores inventory versus inventory in SAP. Communicate with the retail team to understand the source of the discrepancy and follow through on resolution.
• Work with internal partners to follow up on past due consignment inventory.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to analyze suppliers with no activity for 24 months.

Update uniform approval workflow documents for compliance with our Delegation of Authority:
consignment requests, reporting of Retail Thefts, Inventory Adjustment Requests, Manual T&E reimbursements.

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Champion a problem solving approach.
• Excellent written/verbal and followup/time management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point is required. Relevant SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn a database computer program required
• Ability to adeptly multitask and prioritize as necessary with strong attention to detail
• Open to constructive feedback to improve their own performance and to enhance the overall performance of the task

• Bachelor's degree
