For the area of software development in taxes, knowledge & consulting, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated leader for personnel.

The core tasks of the employees in various technical roles are in the development, operation, and further development of various software solutions in the product areas of taxes, knowledge & consulting.


These are the tasks:

You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of employees in various technical roles and accompany them in their personal, professional, and methodological development.

You recruit and develop employees with a focus on a high-performance and balanced team composition based on their technical skills, interests, and competencies, taking into account diversity aspects.

You recognize and promote talents, support a strengths-based approach, and foster self-organization, learning and change readiness, and performance orientation. You work closely with your management team, bring your own ideas, and promote a shared direction.

As part of strategic personnel planning, you keep an eye on relevant key figures and act entrepreneurially, for example, in the context of a recruiting and succession strategy.

You already have several years of experience in disciplinary personnel management and possess strong personal, entrepreneurial, and methodological skills (development support, feedback, conflict counseling/moderation, empowerment, and further development).
