Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets, manage appointment sign-in procedures, confirm appointment details, retrieve client information, inform the medical team of patient arrival, and escort clients to the exam room.
- Assist clients with checkout, ensure accurate service and product accounting, handle financial transactions, process payments, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Answer client calls for appointments, inquiries, medication refills, and assist with pharmacy communications.
- Make outbound calls to remind clients of appointments, schedule services, and provide necessary reminders.
- Understand vaccination protocols, lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terms, and pet behavior.
- Maintain hospital cleanliness to enhance client experience.
