- Provides excellent customer service to our internal and external customers which include, but are not limited to donors, sponsors and departmental staff.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Assign tasks to lower level employees and perform quality checks on data by running reports or use other techniques to verify accuracy; correct and validate information.
- File records, conduct research and resolve data entry issues. Assist in making recommendations for report designs.
- Compile information for special projects from data files and other resources.
- Orient and train lower level data entry personnel.
- May contact appropriate personnel to correct/update record information.
- Standard Schedule: _Sunday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Saturday from 11:45am to 8:15pm Central Time._
- Training Schedule:_ Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. _*During training
- Time off will not be approved. It is imperative that you are available during ALL necessary training hours._
- Pay Information:_ _Starting rate $17.00 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living)_
- WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:_
Education:
High School or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Travel:
None or very little.
