Hauwahta, IA is looking for an experienced Project Manager for Logistics Planning (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Dresden to support our continued growth.

Your Profile:

Responsibilities:

You will take the lead in logistics planning for new facilities, as well as factory expansions and optimization projects. This includes overseeing the entire process from conception and detailed planning to procurement, engineering, installation, and commissioning.
You will be responsible for developing site structures, layout, equipment, material flow, and process concepts, as well as logistics IT specifications.
You will manage complex logistics planning and implementation projects.
Your motivation is to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry and as a project manager.
Ability to analyze, conceptualize, and present complex information in a structured manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, negotiation skills, motivation, and leadership abilities.
Selfresponsibility and flexibility for regional project work (travel time approximately 20% of working time).
