    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    PositionOverview:
    Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a great district in Little Rock, AR. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and nurturing classroom environments, tailoring instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students with disabilities reach their full potential. This is a full time position starting ASAP and going for about 4 weeks with possibility to extend to 8 weeks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full time: 35 hours/ Week
    • Schedule: 5 days a week
    • Caseload:Elementary

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
    • Must have a ARSLP license
      • NO CFs or SLPAs
      • Must have CCC's
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
    • Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
    • AAC experience preferred

    Compensation

    • W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions.
    • 1099 Employment Contract for virtual positions.
    • Direct/ Indirect Services paid equally.
    • Full Time Employees over 30 hours are eligible for benefits.
