As a "Specialist for Strategic Procurement/PMO (m/f/d)", you will join our Business Management team and support the overall process and quality assurance of our resource allocation.

You will help our project teams maximize their economic potential and fulfill their performance promise to our clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for our project managers and strategic business control for the procurement process of our project operations.
  • You will support the overall process of external capacity procurement (external service providers and subcontractors, freelancers) to supplement our client projects.
  • You will assist in negotiating contracts and conditions.
  • You will be responsible for order management and billing processes for our client projects, in close coordination with project managers and teams.
