- Day-to-day execution of client engagements for raising debt and equity capital
- Management of Analyst resources
- Managing the creation of and review/refinement of financial models and related analysis
- Drafting marketing materials in connection with capital raises
- Coordinating and attending investor road shows
- Managing due diligence efforts
- Coordinating with legal, accounting and tax advisors
- Partnering with senior bankers to support ongoing business development efforts, including pitch books, target identification, participation in calling programs, and conducting market research
- Associates at Cascadia Capital are integral members of every deal team and are actively engaged during every phase of the deal process with significant opportunity for client exposure
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience across private credit, private equity, accounting advisory / transaction due diligence and M&A advisory services from a nationally recognized accounting firm, principal investing and/or investment banking
- Experience managing, coaching and developing junior resources
- Outstanding quantitative and technical skills
- Strong financial modeling, finance and accounting skills
- Critical/strategic thinking and market orientation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Strong client management/client service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive work habits
- FINRA Series 79 and 63
- BA/ BS degree from a top tier university with demonstrated academic excellence.

Job Overview:
Cascadia is seeking an Associate to join our Capital Markets Advisory team. The Associate will be responsible for executing debt and equity capital raises on behalf of financial sponsors, private companies, and other firm clients.
This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Atlanta or Austin locations.
