Position Summary FASTSIGNS #17501 is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of driving sales growth and a deep understanding of market dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset who can identify and seize opportunities to expand our market share and enhance our brand presence.
This position is an exempt role with a $40K base, plus 10% gross commissions - Your earning potential is completely and fully defined by your level of drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and provide multiple solutions to meet both client and company needs.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding materials, production processes, and industry trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's strategic objectives and growth.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience.
Understanding of, or desire to learn, sign design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Google Office Suite.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
