Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay uptodate with local and state regulations related to solar installations and ensure that projects comply with all applicable codes and standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, project managers, and regulatory authorities regarding permitrelated inquiries and updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any permitrelated issues or challenges that may arise during the project, including revisions or amendments.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all permitrelated requirements are met and that installations meet industry standards.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on permit status and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized and uptodate database of permits, licenses, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in permit coordination, regulatory compliance, or a related role, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of local and state permitting processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using office software and permit tracking tools.
  • Commitment to ensuring projects are compliant with all necessary permits and approvals.
