Salary Range:
$42,500- $58,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all details are covered.
- Communicate with vendors, artists, and participants to coordinate event logistics.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
- Manage event registrations, including processing payments and maintaining attendee lists.
- Provide onsite support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
- Maintain detailed records of event activities, expenses, and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging content related to upcoming events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
- Creative problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A passion for digital art and design is a plus.
