We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job:

Full time

Salary Range:

$42,500- $58,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all details are covered.
Communicate with vendors, artists, and participants to coordinate event logistics.
Help with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
Manage event registrations, including processing payments and maintaining attendee lists.
Provide onsite support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
Maintain detailed records of event activities, expenses, and feedback for future reference.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging content related to upcoming events.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
Creative problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
A passion for digital art and design is a plus.
