    BMW of Catonsville is looking to add a Support Staff/Loner Car Associate to our growing team

    Fulltime, 11am-7pm Monday thru Friday & every other Saturday.

    Essential Duties:
    - Greet customers
    -Assist in making appointments

    Manage Loaner Feet

    -Compute customer bills
    - Receive and record cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
    - Reconcile cash drawer daily
    - Answer customer questions about services performed or products purchased

    Qualifications:
    - One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    - Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
    - Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
