Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator based in our Houston office location to support our Supply Chain / procurement project team.

Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required. No referral bonuses will be offered with this position.

  • Must have experience working with and/or supporting Supply Chain
  • Greets visitors and assists in resolving issues
  • Interfaces with clients and vendors and ensures outcomes are appropriately communicated
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and special events
  • Organizes and maintains files and records
  • Prepares, formats and distributes documents such as meeting minutes, complex reports, presentations and studies
  • Facilitates domestic and/or global travel
  • Format documents as required
  • May maintain a SharePoint site
  • May process requisitions
  • May support luncheons
  • Must have experience working with and/or supporting Supply Chain
  • Proven experience supporting administrative activities
  • Demonstrates a professional manner in appearance
  • Must possess the ability to read, write and comprehend written and spoken English
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Visio and other software programs as required
  • 3+ years minimum experience in this type of capacity
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computer, keyboard, mouse, copier and phone
  • Strong PC skills with ability to enter data and verify accuracy
  • Strong knowledge in developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and studies
  • Strong knowledge of document formatting; ability to maintain and modify formats of spreadsheets and other project documents in order to complete tasks
  • Strong understanding of the project Supply Chain function, terminology, policies and procedures
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with professional vocabulary, professional grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and abilities to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to resolve problems and questions independently
  • Ability to maintain confidential / sensitive files and records
