Chapman BMW on Camelback is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team Our Service Advisors take ownership of the client experience in the service department, serving as the customer's primary point of contact, and helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance needs.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with customers and technicians throughout the day. The Service Advisor reports to the Service Manager and Service Director.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and confirm scheduled services, notate any vehicle concerns the customer has, and write work orders
  • Advise customers of necessary service and technician recommendations, provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorizations, and collect payments
  • Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Foster customer loyalty through outstanding customer service and rapport

Desired Qualifications and Experience:


  • A minimum of 1 year of BMW sales or service advisor experience required
  • A track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Intrinsically motivated to achieve personal and dealership goals
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment
Scheduled shifts will be Tuesday - Saturday 7am to 6pm.
