  • A completed training as an operating room assistant or as a nurse
  • Thorough professional competence and relevant work experience in the operating room
  • Knowledge of sterilization procedures
  • Experience in instrument service is desirable
  • A strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and a patient-oriented mindset
  • Commitment, reliability, and independent work style
  • Teamwork skills and interest in interdisciplinary work
  • An adequate proof of immunity according to § 20a IfSG is required for starting work at the facility

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of upcoming surgeries, including materials and instruments
  • Positioning and preparation of the patient in the operating room
  • Intraoperative and postoperative tasks
  • Emergency care for patients
  • Documentation of procedures, handling, and results in the operating room
