    About the Job:

    The Senior Technical Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, screening, and overseeing candidates and consultants for contract and direct-hire positions. This position works closely with the sales team to fill open job orders while managing candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process. Collaboration with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts is essential for effective project planning and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively source, assess, and recruit qualified talent for job openings.
    • Maintain and utilize a candidate skills matrix for recruitment purposes.
    • Conduct regular interviews aligned with performance objectives.
    • Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interactions to support business development.
    • Use Bullhorn to log all activities and information crucial for business growth and daily planning.
    • Work with team members to cross-sell and fill open positions across different lines of business or practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or up to 18 months of technology sales or staffing experience.
    • Active involvement in IT communities and networking groups is advantageous.

    Location: In-office Hybrid (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

    Travel: Less than 5% (minimal travel)

    Physical Demands:

    Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motion.

    Occasional: Standing and bending.

    Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
