Job Description

Responsible for providing manufacturing process and application support to R&D and engineering teams
Will handle KPI's and continuous improvements to manufacturing and quality standards
Will help validate and improve quality test plans, as it pertains to how the equipment is manufactured, built, tested, inspected and installed
Will analyze failure data to identify root causes and qualifiable corrective actions
Will develop work and training documentation
Will communicate and work with cross functions team to address validating, testing, reverse engineering and reliability issues

Key Requirements

Strong communication skills
Ability to handle qualifiable corrections
High mechanical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing
Bachelor of Science degree is required
