The RHEIKA-DELTA Trading Company mbH is a subsidiary of EDEKA Trading Company Hessenring mbH, located in Melsungen.

We operate the Herkules shopping centers and Herkules building and garden markets in our core sales area of Hesse, Thuringia, and southern Lower Saxony.

Our main focus is on providing expert service and advice to our customers, as well as maintaining high standards in the following areas:


  • Counter service and customer consultation
  • Counter design and stocking
  • Price labeling
  • Preparation of ground meat products
  • Inventory management
  • Monitoring expiration dates
  • Conducting inventory checks
  • Ensuring freshness and quality of products
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations
  • Strict adherence to quality management guidelines
  • Checking incoming goods and invoices

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Experience in retail
  • Good knowledge of products, particularly in the areas of meat cutting, processing, and production
  • Familiarity with HACCP regulations
  • Experience in customer service
  • Independent and customeroriented work ethic
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
