Our team is in need of a Systems Administrator to support our collaboration with Microsoft for the Secure Operations Centers (SOCs). You'll work in a supportive environment where you will provide operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform through various workstreams teams. These teams cover different product groups such as Azure, Active Directory (AAD), and Office365, and operate 24x7x365 from Microsoft SOC locations in Redmond, WA, Reston, VA, and Elkridge, MD. Your role will involve tasks like monitoring and reporting deployment progress, coordinating with Microsoft teams for outage restoration, assisting in hardware deployments, and maintaining the secure work area operations. Three levels of Systems Administrator positions are available, each with specific qualifications and experience requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience with PowerShell, SQL, and Python scripting, as well as knowledge of diagnostic tools and enterprise network gear.
