****Summary of Duties & Responsibilities****

The Senior Manager of Project Management & Delivery Services leads the project management discipline within the BST Global Solutions Group and is responsible for establishing the foundation for success. This role is responsible for a worldwide group of project managers, and leadership over the project planning, organization and delivery of the portfolio of BST Global solutions.

**Essential Functions**

**Project Management Discipline**

+ Owner of project management practices, procedures and tools for the Solutions area

+ Joint ownership with the other services leaders of Software Solutions Delivery

+ Compliance and continued development of all Group policies and procedures.

**Project Delivery and Oversight**

+ Support the project managers with the framework of each project

+ Provide oversight to the project managers as they deliver their respective projects

+ Collaborate with each project manager to assess, manage and mitigate risk associated with each project.

+ Provide insight into overall resource capacity management against the on-going project demands

+ Negotiate cross-group resource utilization with peers to accommodate anticipated peaks in demand

+ Collaborate with leadership on project planning, resourcing, risk management and quality management

+ Inform immediate supervisor of all relevant implementation and client issues and concerns

+ Attend and participate in critical implementation meetings, including workshops, testing sessions and steering committee meetings per the project plan

+ Review and approve the setup and maintenance of implementation projects in company project systems

**Solutions Leadership Team**

+ Deliver successful projects from a quality and financial perspective, which results in referenceable Clients

+ Drive achievement of revenue and utilization targets on a monthly and annual basis

+ Serve as an active member of the Solutions leadership team

**Personnel Management**

+ Own the hiring process for new project managers

+ Execute daily leadership and supervision of project managers and their related performance

+ Implement training, professional development and career planning for project managers

+ Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment for their implementation team

**Other responsibilities**

+ Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner

+ Manage other projects and special initiatives as required

Understanding of and experience with standard ERP implementation methodologies

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

**Education or Prior Work Experience**

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Technology related area

15+ years in technology consulting

Project delivery experience

Software delivery experience preferred

PMP preferred
