    What You'll Be Doing

    If you're a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant, we want you on our team! You'll be a vital part of our Primary Care Division, closely supporting our board-certified physicians across the country. Here's a sneak peek of what you'll be up to:

    • Scheduling patient appointments and confirming future visits
    • Documenting patient medical info and intake forms
    • Ensuring all reports and lab results are ready before appointments
    • Handling data entry for patient records and maintaining charts
    • Addressing patient queries promptly
    • Recording vital signs accurately
    • Coordinating with customer service for patient concerns
    • Other duties as needed

    What We're Looking For

    • Active CMA/RMA certification
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical setting
    • Professionalism and empathy
    • Effective communication skills
    • Attention to detail and organizational prowess
    • Proficiency in EMR, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Commitment to company standards and regulations
    • Proactive and adaptable mindset
