Description

To strengthen an open and cooperative team in a medium-sized family business, we are immediately looking for a communicative and numbers-savvy sales talent (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg.

These are your tasks as a sales employee (m/f/d)

Optimizing processes and procedures within sales and interfaces
Conducting optimization processes and advising executives and process management
Developing training content and conducting trainings as part of the introduction of new sales processes for both internal and external sales
Implementing new systems, accompanying the testing phase, and creating test designs
Preparing documents for efficiency evaluation and documentation in all areas

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and preferably have professional experience in sales controlling.
You are proficient in SAP CRM and SD as well as common MS Office applications.
Your strategic thinking is complemented by a affinity for numbers, customer orientation, and communication skills.
You are a team player, flexible, and resilient.
