Description
To strengthen an open and cooperative team in a medium-sized family business, we are immediately looking for a communicative and numbers-savvy sales talent (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg.
These are your tasks as a sales employee (m/f/d)
- Optimizing processes and procedures within sales and interfaces
- Conducting optimization processes and advising executives and process management
- Developing training content and conducting trainings as part of the introduction of new sales processes for both internal and external sales
- Implementing new systems, accompanying the testing phase, and creating test designs
- Preparing documents for efficiency evaluation and documentation in all areas
What you bring to the table
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and preferably have professional experience in sales controlling.
- You are proficient in SAP CRM and SD as well as common MS Office applications.
- Your strategic thinking is complemented by a affinity for numbers, customer orientation, and communication skills.
- You are a team player, flexible, and resilient.
