We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a hybrid role that includes both telemedicine evaluations and management visits, as well as in-office supervision of clinical staff.

This position requires a skilled individual who can thrive in both digital and traditional clinical settings, utilizing our advanced telemedicine tools to deliver exceptional patient care while also leading our clinical team in our Magnolia office.

• Conduct patient evaluations and management consultations through audio/video communication.
• Utilize remote physiological monitoring tools to assess patient health and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Lead and supervise a team of clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and the highest standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay at the forefront of telemedicine practices.
• Handle administrative responsibilities related to patient care.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in a telemedicine or technologydriven environment.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth and remote monitoring technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
