Job Functions:
Use checklist to mis en place your station with the prep needed, always prioritize
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental polices/service procedures/standards
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment use equipment only as intended
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area to strictly abide state health regulations and resort requirements
Meet with pastry chef to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to job performance
Complete opening duties and closing duties
Prepare and produce dessert menu items for Norma's, mister parker's, Counter Reformation, Room-Service, Pools and banquets following recipes
Prepare amenity orders for room-service
Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and resort requirements
Minimize waste and maintain control to attain forecasted food cost
