Spuncast, Inc. is a contract manufacturing company specializing in cylindrical castings. Since 1976, our campus in Watertown, WI has grown to two foundries and two machine shops. We focus on centrifugal castings for a diverse number of industries.

We are currently looking for Material Handler-Shipping for:

Schedule:
1st Shift - Monday through Friday


Duties include:

• Moving production parts, materials, and supplies between buildings, departments, or machines.
• Prepare items for shipment according to purchase order instructions. This includes assembling wooden containers, cushioning or wrapping items in cardboard, shrinkwrapping, and strapping parts to pallets or crates.
• Examine outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading or other records for accuracy.
• Affix shipping labels or tags securely on packed cartons, racks, or castings.
• Regularly load trucks, inside or outside as needed, utilizing proper lifting equipment and blocking devices for safe transportation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience driving industrial trucks and in product movement
• Good math skills
• Basic knowledge of material and alloy types is preferred
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
