Position Summary


Reporting to the Director of Educational Programs in the Office of Educational Initiatives, the Program Coordinator will support the school's educational mission by working with a wide range of aspects of the MPH curriculum, DrPH curriculum, and other centralized school educational offerings.


The program coordinator will coordinate and support the MPH Core curriculum, including the Integration of Science & Practice (ISP) and Leadership courses, as well as DrPH Core curriculum.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all PUBH course schedules and coordinate space availability
  • Oversee implementation of all MPH Core and DrPH Core programs and systems
  • In conjunction with the Educational Initiatives team, ensure recruitment, training, and supervision of all PUBH teaching assistants
  • In conjunction with the Educational Initiatives team, oversee the daytoday functioning of the MPH Core, DrPH Core, ISP, and Leadership
  • Plan and manage events associated with PUBH courses
  • Studentrelated
  • Respond to student issues and inquiries
  • Collaborate with the Office of Student Affairs in implementing student accommodations, allowances, and individual support
  • Curriculum Committee
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the schoolwide Curriculum Committee.
  • Assistance as needed with additional program logistics once approved
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Three years of related experience
  • Excellent analytical, computer, and web skills
  • Must have the ability to engage with others in a highly collaborative environment
  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience working in Higher Education
  • Experience with managing and consolidating data
  • Experience with learning management systems, e.g., Canvas
