Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Transition-In Manager
to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.


  • Plan and deliver the transition of the program from the incumbent contractor to the new task order, ensuring efficient transfer of technical and programmatic support functions.
  • Manage and integrate transition activities in accordance with contract requirements, overseeing technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
  • Assess and mitigate transition risks, maintain positive customer relationships, and manage transition staffing effectively.
  • Direct and coordinate a crossfunctional team's activities to implement transition plans and achieve project objectives.
  • Manage employees and firstlevel managers in the Program Management department, providing leadership and guidance in business management activities.
  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Acquire necessary resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • Foster relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports to ensure successful program execution.
  • Establish and oversee the Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program, setting goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:


Required Education and Years of Experience:

  • Advanced technical education (e.g., bachelor's degree).
  • Typically, 14 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:


  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Strong background in program management, with experience in leading complex transition projects.
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees and firstlevel managers.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience in government contracting or related industries is preferred.
  • PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not required.

Summary Pay Range:

$198,000 - $216,000
