Your tasks

Highest product requirements require innovative and robust processes. Are you passionate about new technologies? Then support us as a product and application manager (m/f/d).

The following tasks will be the focus of your workday:

Product lifecycle management:
Alignment of the GEMÜ product modular system with customer requirements in coordination with market segment management (MSM), as well as initiating new developments and outphasing strategies

Teamwork:
Validation, preparation, and execution of product sales releases in close coordination with platform management

Technology:
Technical customer consultation (1st/2nd level support) regarding processes and products in relation to the specific application environment

Support:
Supporting MSM and the sales organization with expert knowledge of the assigned product lines and their application (1st/2nd level support)
