The Gosch Auto Group is looking to hire a professional, positive, and upbeat part-time Receptionist with the possibility to transition into a full-time position.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, and as such you should have a pleasant personality and ensure the front desk welcomes all guests positively, as this is also a customer service role.
You will be assisting in answering calls for all five of our locations in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations therefore multitasking is essential for this position.
The schedule is Monday 11am -3pm, Thursday - Saturday 10am-7pm, and Sunday 10am - 6pm (Tue/Wed off with the possibility of coverage if needed)
Minimum Wage Position to Start.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must be over the age of 19
