Planning, conceptualization, and implementation of projects for the digitization of products, optimization of online sales, online banking, and banking apps, as well as related processes
Conceptual development, project management, and supervision of online application processes for TARGOBANK retail products
Development of customer-centric product concepts in close collaboration with all stakeholders and creation of IT requirements
Coordination of external service providers and internal IT units
Creation of business cases, analyses, and reports
Market and competition monitoring, identification of trends, and strategy development
Completed degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, business informatics, IT, or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) as a project manager for digital solutions, product owner for online/digital products - ideally with a focus on financial products
Comprehensive knowledge of digital sales channels, online customer behavior, and scaling of product sales in online channels
Very good technical understanding, experience in web/app technologies, user experience design, and working with tracking systems
Experience in managing agencies and external service providers
Strong conceptual skills, creativity, and self-motivation; high customer orientation and flexibility
Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
