FOR OUR CLIENT, a private provider of care and support services, we are currently looking for a Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for a senior care home in the Berlin area.

Your responsibilities as a Nursing Service Manager:

Management of a residential care facility in the role of Nursing Service Manager
Responsibility for ensuring and developing modern nursing standards
Creation of duty rosters
Professional guidance, support and motivation of nursing staff
