Position:

Parts & Service Logistics Specialist

Reporting:

Sr. Manager of Operations

Department:

Service

Summary:

To support the Customer Service and Spare Parts department by providing professional and timely responses to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Support daytoday service operations: rental car, flight, etc. in coordination with the Sr. Manager of Operations, accounting, service personnel
Cash advance preparation
Process Cash Advances & Extended Stay Bonuses
Monitor and Process Incoming Weekly Timesheets, Expenses, Service Reports
Informing the team of all new information related to service operations above
Forward information to the Customer Support Department as needed
Process incoming service requests
Service

Invoicing

Parts & Service Administrative Support
Produce Service Reports with the Service Techs for billing purposes
Maintain manpower schedules with the Sr. Manager of Operations weekly to support customer needs

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in the Machinery industry preferred
Detailed oriented
Excellent written & verbal business communication and organizational skills a must.

Other requirements:

Hours as required to meet the needs of your projects

Education:

High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Must be able to access and navigate each department at Ingersoll's facilities
