Head of Department for "Special Urban Projects" (m/f/d)

The "Special Urban Projects" department develops sustainable and innovative urban neighborhoods within the framework of urban development measures and general urban planning laws for the future of Leeds. Our goal is to set new standards in the areas of architectural culture, sustainability, mobility, and social and climate-friendly spatial development.

The central focus of the urban development measure "Ostfeld" is the realization of a new central government location for the Federal Criminal Police Office for up to 7,000 employees and a modern urban neighborhood for at least 10,000 residents. In addition, the department prepares and implements experimental spaces for sustainable urban development of high overall importance.
