Your Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of innovative production and product ideas for the ball bearing product range (xiros)
  • Design and calculation of products
  • Constructive design of components/groups
  • Construction and commissioning of functional models up to near-series prototypes
  • Planning, realization and evaluation of development-related experiments
  • Optimization of products in terms of technology and costs
  • Close coordination with customers and internal project partners (design, production and sales) as well as resource planning

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed engineering degree
  • Implementation-oriented approach and willingness to apply practical knowledge
  • Proficient in modern development tools such as CAD (ProE / Inventor)
  • Experience with development methods such as creativity techniques, utility value analyses and FMEA
  • Competencies in technical mechanics, machine elements and dynamics, manufacturing technologies and materials (especially plastics) as well as cross-functional practical expertise is desirable
  • Negotiation skills in German and very good English skills
