Renting Activities- Showing vacancies.
- Keeping vacant units cleaned, vacuum carpet, wipe down countertops and windows.
- Providing open houses as needed.
- Rent Collections
- Distributing rent collection envelopes.
- Serving late rent notices.
- Serving 3Day notices to pay or quit.
- Administration
- Enforcement of apartment rules.
- Record Keeping
- Resident name register is accurate.
- Submit manager weekly time report monthly.
- Property Policing
- Facade cleaning.
- Entry cleaning.
- Garage oils on floors and pavements.
- Night light setting (time clock).
- Sign cleaning.
- Driveway cleaning.
- Walkway and lawn policing.
- Garbage area cleanup.
- Laundry room cleaning.
- Repairs
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Resident Manager: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
