*Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Full-Time for our client in the financial services industry based in the Düsseldorf area*Reference number:

*Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and reviewing customer inquiries/requests and orders
  • Technical and commercial data maintenance
  • Conducting customer and cooperation partner-specific reporting (evaluations and statistics)
  • Invoice creation and verification
  • Processing and monitoring of transactions
  • Cancellation and complaint handling
  • Coordination and management of trainings
*Your profile:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in telephone and written customer service, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Relevant user knowledge in MS Office and SAP
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Confident and appropriate communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
*Weekly working hours: 39 hours per week

*Salary range: 35, ,000 euros
