Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for inquiries and troubleshooting via tickets, email, and phone. You will be responsible for all tasks in 1st and possibly 2nd level support. Additionally, you will handle the installation and administration of clients and provide support to employees. Documenting and inventory management will also be part of your role. You will also be responsible for maintaining company software using a software management program.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education or training in IT system electronics or IT administration.

However, we also welcome applicants with a strong interest in IT and relevant experience. You should have a structured and solution-oriented work style and enjoy working in a team.
