WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Analyze cost and scope of sourcing expenditures and develop sourcing plan for each opportunity as needed Draft, edit and produce recruitment job postings, materials for external audiences

Assist with planning and delivery of all virtual and inperson hiring events

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Preferred
1 year Experience in Human Resources, marketing, sales or similar field Required
1 year Previous experience using applicant tracking software Required
1 year Effective project management skills that ensure adherence to established budget, schedule, and review process Required
