Seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our team in exceeding sales goals. You'll provide coaching and support, develop winning sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to achieve outstanding results.Area:

Compensation:
$85-$90k a year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for their performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Close deals with key clients and manage client relationships.
- Lead sales team by example in demonstrating effective selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Optimize sales and marketing processes for efficiency
- Manage the sales & marketing budget strategically
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and track performance against targets.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
