PRIMARY FUNCTION:


KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

Store Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our system.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.

Programming:

• Develop and plan engaging programs and activities for children, aligned with our entrepreneurship program.
• Coordinate workshop schedules and manage transportation for participants.
• Prepare materials and resources needed for each workshop session.
• Lead workshops, ensuring a fun and educational experience for all participants.
• Supervise children during program, always ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Record and submit daily attendance of participants.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Always practice and lead with kindness, respect and compassion
• Work with staff on special events to carry out programs in all departments.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain relationship to increase club visibility within club and community.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFITS:


Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma

Background and Fingerprint Clearance


Hours per week:
20-27 hours (Tuesday

• Saturday)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Able to climb stairs, lift items and perform active programming needs. Ability to perform any other position duties throughout the site.
