Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for building strong community relationships? We are searching for an Assistant Community Association Manager to join our dedicated team who will be working under a LCAM.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary contact for community members and address their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement community rules and regulations to ensure a safe, pleasant environment.
  • Organize community events and initiatives to enhance neighborhood engagement.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage community projects, and oversee contractors.
  • Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and assessment collection.
  • Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of experience in community association management or property management.
- knowledge of financial management, facilities management, and customer service.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced work environment.
