Busy custom millwork shop is looking to add to our office administrative staff.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and greet walkin visitors
- Scan and file documents
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Enter accounts payables (credit card receipts, vendor bills, etc.)
- Manage time tracking through TSheets and run weekly payroll
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist Office Manager in accounts receivables (customer billing, collections, recording payments, etc.)
- Coordinate monthly teambuilding events
- Maintain employee calendar to recognize birthdays and anniversaries
- Other related duties as assigned
Quickbooks experience required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High Scool Diploma (required)
- College Degree in related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of administrative experience (required)
- 1+ years QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
- 1+ years Payroll experience (required)
- 1+ years commercial construction experience (required)
