Join our Front Office Team as a Front Office Host We're seeking an individual who thrives on connecting people and sharing their passion and knowledge of the local area.

As a Front Office Host, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, guiding guests through the registration process, sharing insights about our services and promotions, and providing invaluable tips about the local area.

Your enthusiasm and genuine care will make each guest feel truly valued, ensuring they have an unforgettable stay.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth checkout processes for departing guests, including processing any additional charges and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Handling reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate records of room availability and occupancy.
  • Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction and escalating as needed.
  • Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and wellstocked with necessary supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Assisting in promoting hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to guests, and potentially participating in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Adhering to hotel policies and procedures related to guest security and safety, including handling of guest keys and maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
  • Providing support during special events, such as conferences, weddings, or other functions hosted at the hotel, as required.

Compensation:
$21.00 Per Hour

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities or guest needs.
  • Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other amenities to provide guests with helpful recommendations and assistance.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
