Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems.

This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.


Duties:

  • Enter data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
  • Verify and correct data entries as needed
  • Maintain electronic and physical files
  • Transcribe information from source documents into specified formats
  • Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data
  • Collect data from various sources and compile it into usable formats
  • Assist with order entry and processing as required
  • Provide administrative support as needed Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in basic math calculations
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing and transcribing
