Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Set up accounts for new users and assist with password resets
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tool
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VPN technologies, and firewall systems
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and basic computer networking problems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users
