Your tasks:
- Processing and organizing national and international transports with a focus on partial and full loads and timecritical shipments
- Deployment planning of own vehicles from an economic perspective
- Procurement of additional loading space if necessary
- Procurement of return loads from an economic perspective
- Contact person (m/f/d) for customers and drivers
- Handling of complaints
- Invoicing
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in transport processing for land transports is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills
- Motivation, goaloriented work and customer sensitivity complete your profile
- Resilience and flexibility
- Teamwork skills
