Our client, a leading high-tech security company based in Berlin, is seeking a candidate for the following position:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Investigating and diagnosing problems in services
  • Escalating unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
  • Monitoring SLO alerts and error budgets
  • Managing incident response flow for applications
  • Identifying and implementing automation options
  • Processing and resolving support tickets within SLAs
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for post-mortems

Your qualifications:

  • Completed studies in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in IT operations or production support
  • Proficiency with Linux platforms
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, PostgresSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, Gitlab, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Knowledge of Python, Bash Scripting
