    **Senior Product Manager - Pilot Program**

    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Pilot Program who has strong experience in project management and operations. In this role, you will provide detailed assessments to executive level leadership regarding current and future product pilot strategies, in addition to monitoring and reporting on key metrics to identify opportunities. The Senior Product Manager will integrate the strategies of network management, value based initiatives, technology, processes for provider, member, group (ASO) and the Association into a pilot / test environment including an operational implementation planning.**What You'll Be Doing**

    Work directly with staff and senior leadership across the company to activate strategic market offers in the pilot phase and create meaningful and actionable outputs, drive the strategic development process to address these needs, and integrate and align work to the companys overall strategic goals.

    Partner and consult with internal clients to identify, plan and execute innovation / pilot efforts; help them better understand what problems they are trying to solve, articulate their vision and define and enable success. Provide methods and resources to support their execution of those plans.

    Influence the development and delivery of new market offers and the infrastructure required to implement corporate initiatives that require complex integration.

    Collaborate and execute critical and highly complex activities such as compliance, highly complex financial/qualitative analysis and thought leadership at a departmental, multi-function, and enterprise level.

    Build and facilitate efforts with partner and/or vendor relationships to understand the value proposition and business case aligned to our business strategy, drive decision making and collaborate with the business areas to implement.

    Leverage customer and consumer insights to develop holistic strategies, programs and plans to effectively drive innovation and business outcomes and maximize ROI in varied areas.

    Consolidate research, authorship of key findings, and communication of timely, periodic strategic intelligence reports to senior management.

    Participate in overall workforce plan and staffing models, taking into account multiple and interrelated initiatives to either increase or decrease headcount, each with their own set of success criteria/outcomes, budget in preparation should the product pilot be operationalized.

    Facilitate the adoption of standard operating procedures and processes for the department and assist with the communication and education of new SOPs outside of the department.

    Facilitate change management work to support business and process improvements and overall departmental/divisional effectiveness.

    Lead special projects for the department/division/segment as assigned. Possible duties could include:

    + Evaluation of potential opportunities and recommendations to reduce costs/improve efficiencies

    + Review and evaluation of best or next practice opportunities for potential adoption

    + Serve as lead on engagements with key stakeholders and coordinate data gathering and research efforts based on the direction of leadership.

    + Manage tracking of initiatives/projects for the department/division/segment and independently create presentations of initiative/project progress for varied audiences, which may include ILT and Senior Leadership.

    + Consolidate and standardize data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations.

    + Provide analysis and insights for proposed strategic initiatives by leveraging unique perspective on the end-to-end operations of the segment, department or division.

    + Track and evaluate goal progress, including data collection and analysis of key performance metrics (KPIs)

    + Improve and strengthen business partnerships and stakeholder relationships for the department/division through focus on proactive communications, relationship building, and process improvements

    **Hiring Requirements**

    Bachelors degree and 7 years of product management experience managing one or multiple products/services and operations experience.

    A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

    If no degree, 10 years of experience as stated above.
