    Chief Information Officer (CIO) - JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud Migration

    Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our organization through a comprehensive migration from JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our business processes, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support our strategic objectives.


    Responsibilities :


    Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy for transitioning from JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    Lead and oversee all aspects of the migration project, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
    Provide strategic guidance and direction to IT teams and stakeholders throughout the migration process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners involved in the migration project.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and maximize ROI on technology investments.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and best practices in IT governance.
    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the migration project, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
    Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud migration and IT management, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior leadership role overseeing IT operations, with a focus on enterprise-wide system migrations.

    Extensive knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud platforms, including hands-on experience with migration tools and methodologies.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving transformational change and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business innovation and growth.
