Position:
Part-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our General and Visceral Surgery Clinic


Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
  • Enjoy working with patients and possess strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork abilities
  • Confident and proactive with a selfsufficient work style
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and ideally familiar with Orbis

Our Specialties:

  • You will work in a highly specialized and efficient hospital with an interesting and diverse work environment
  • We offer flexible and reliable working hours as well as systematic training

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for patients and referring physicians
  • Administrative tasks such as admitting outpatient and inpatient patients
  • Organizing various consultations (tumor, thyroid, procto, indication, and private consultations)
  • Coordinating patients with different departments
  • Potentially assisting with the Chief Physician's office when needed
  • Performing dressing changes, inserting catheters/feeding tubes, and assisting with minor surgeries
This position is part-time (60%) and initially temporary, but with good opportunities for permanent employment.
